It all begins with an idea. Forced into action by the events of 2020, Citadel was founded on two simple principles. Connect with businesses to offer a unique, educational, fun way to connect business over a beverage in a modern way. The second was to provide an avenue for free lance work for the knowledgeable and skilled service professionals of the beverage industry. From Somms to WSET to Whiskey experts to Sake specialists, we wanted to connect them all to an opportunity to share their expertise in a fun, professional, safe environment.

As the company grows from it’s infant stages, we aim to give back to the restaurant and service industry by providing income earning opportunities to those in need. In addition to providing a place for skilled work, we are also offering a number of free tasting experiences to those who serve and inspire.
